As a chronic sinusitis sufferer for many years, I can say without hesitation that Z-pac doesn't work for me... it's a waste of time... Augmentin works the best... A good rule of thumb is to continue to take them for a week after you don't have any more symptoms, and while taking them make sure to take at least 8 billion acidophilous/bifidus organisms (in an enteric-coated capsule) daily, spread out as far as possible from your Antibiotic doses... that way you won't have to worry about our arch-enemy Candida rearing its ugly head... ha! And Telman is right --- wait til you are completely over it...

Oh, and they mean actual measured tablespoons... not the bigger spoon in the silverware drawer... ha!
