Close that peanut butter jar! Do NOT try to break a fast with it. Your first couple days, you should either consume very juicy fruits and vegetables or juices... You want something gentle to wake up your digestive tract. Don't eat something heavy that is going to get stuck on top of stuff that hasn't moved for awhile.
You need to either cut calories or start eating more raw foods. Fasting slows down the metabolism. If you go back to the same way of eating, you not only are going to gain back what you lost, but you will gain more.
If you don't plan on giving meat up, at least cut back as much as you can. Try using it as a side instead of the main part of the meal. I definitely wouldn't eat it till your bowels are moving regularly.
