I am curious. How many fasts and for how long of a duration have you been on? After your fasts, what kind of food do you eat? Are you working on rebuilding your body? If your family sees that you are seeking health, rather than just weightloss, maybe they won't be so alarmed. How do you eat around them? With that having been said, I do know that the moment a person starts to eat living food, family starts getting concerned. But fill up on Twinkes and Little Debbie's no one really cares!
