fasting is definitely a mental game. So much is happening physically when you fast, but the real challenge is truly in the mind.
I am finding that just "watching" my symptoms and cravings as they come up are making a huge difference for me. When I get a craving to eat, I simply "watch it" and it flows away again. I'm becoming the Witness of my own experience and this is really helping my mind/emotions during the fast. Just watching it all happen without taking part in it is very empowering.
I have that fasting restless feeling tonight, but I'm relaxing with it. I have lots of non-energy consuming activities to do. :-)
Drinking water every 4 hours or so.
I also made a handmade chart to log my days with.
