I'm on day three, still in the game. I think my body has started to switch over to fat burning because I woke up this morning with a BAD taste in my mouth! Ah, that old fasting flavor, LOL.
Overall, I feel pretty good. I have more thirst today (probably because of the taste in my mouth) but I don't feel that weak, just an occasional headache.
Cravings for food seem to get worse at night/early morning so I am extra aware on those times.
I wrote some encouraging notes about fasting and what to do if I need extra strength and hung them up in places where I am sure to see/pass them throughout the day. And I am BANNED from the kitchen, hehe.
