Listen. I don't want to be an ass here but...

The rich will get richer and the poor will get poorer. The fact is, with what I realized in my recent years of suffering with Candida. You have to afford your health. If you want REAL food, you almost have to be wealthy. Those who aren't, well... they die from many diseases and mishaps.

Hate to break it to you but don't make yourself feel happy because you agree with someone on these forums. The fact is. Stay on a STRICT DIET. No exceptions. Not everyone on this forum is right and it is up to you to do your own research. Just because someone's comment may make you feel better on the inside doesn't mean it will work. Stay on your diet and do not cheat or else the antifungals will NOT work.

I am warning you!!!! I was on the same path as you, and if only I listened in the begginning, I would have been done on this diet by now. I am trying to save you from the suffering that I went through. I didn't listen to other people and only listened to myself. Stick to the diet! Tweet
