i can assure u , u can and will recover. just keep up hope turn to gods cures not science!
use raw organic honey, raw yoghurts, natural foods, vegies and wholemeals, salads, some fruits u can tolerate, try obtain raw milk.
use tumeric, cinnamon, sage, thyme, garlic, onions.
u dont need a dr nor any expensive products that profit companies, u can try probiotics as i believe they can help but if u cant afford it just buy raw dairy yoghurt, milk cheese, keffir.
eat well, drink lots of water, sleep well, keep up hope and stay positive dont stress!! :)
u will get some die off from these foods as ur body pushes out all the strep n staph and candida, but keep going ur own bacteria will regrow and ull introduce more from these foods
dont worry about dr's routines or ppl posting strict routines they never work and ppl live a strict life for yrs without being cured, the key here is feed ur gut fibre n prebiotics to balance out the intestinal flora and let ur body do the rest n rest ur mind, i can promise u scientific articles never helped anyone , most ppl here r addicted to Science
and forgot the fact the body needs right balance not science...
