I hesistate about including eggs im my diet or not.
Maybe, I will try without egg. Only brown rice, salt and margarine (no butter)
I think that IF we have some kind of food allergy (gluten ?) the less various food in our diet we have, the better it will show us if e.c. can be healed that way.
For 13 years, I have had a healthy and various diet in my own opinion (with raw veggies, etc...), but I never try to exclude, for example, bread or wheat flour for a long time.
What about fish ? Do you think sardines in oil, tuna is a good idea ?
