Hi,

After a week of a diet based on:

1)Brown rice
2)Quinoa
3)Brocoli, french beans
4)Grated carot, grated celery, Avocado
+ Olive oil
+ Sea Salt
+ some fresh ginger (anti-inflammatory properties)

& the morning:
Green Tea (no sugar), Banana, kiwi, orange, mandarin

liquid = water


No progress so far about the peeling lips.

Today, I put some Mixa lip balm because the forming crust on the upper lip is hardening. Without the balm, it hurts if I smile too widely.
