Definitely I should have taken action against candida earlier, or at least combined it with my at-then method of attack. But due to fatigue, sleepless nights and a tendency to conserve the fruits (as I didn't want to liaise with the fruit dealers in my condition), I believe the pain was prolonged very unnecessarily. But this "pace" was the best I could do in honesty. Now that I've assumed a candida problem, already am feeling relief finally!
Candida is not a problem when eating raw fruits and vegetables, because candida is a fat problem rather than a Sugar one. The fat interferes with the cell absorption of Sugar so there is excess Sugar in the blood. The candida then multiplies quickly to consume the excess sugar. I'm guessing it or its byproduct was pushing out of my pores, especially the larger ones on my face and ears.
I probably had impetigo over the past month too, along with every other nasty skin condition. Ugh.
