Went to the gym and did Zumba. Worked very hard, got very nauseas for a while afterwards. Still, I asked my body what it thinks it might throw up? Now I'm feeling quite a bit better. Sometimes when people feel sick they want to break but I couldn't imagine eating. Anywho, it's interesting b/c I never had this on my several previous 2 week MC's. I figure my body is working through something and I'm hopeful that I'll feel better and have some of my gut issues improved at the end of it.
And wouldn't you know, now a few hours after nausea, I feel hungry! I have been drinking 1/2 batch of lemonade daily but may have to brew up some more tonight!
