Super Immune Booster - Please Critique

I want to start a type of MegaVitamin Therapy to beat Candida. Candida becomes pathogenic when the immune system can't suppress it. I've slowly become worse and worse by Candida slowly taking over my immune system, from fatigue to some food allergies , to total fatigue, brain fog, almost all food allergies , sinus infections, it doesn't slowly get better, it slowly gets worse. I need to boost my immune system to start getting the upper hand. A strengthened immune system can beat cancer, it can beat Candida.

I will be taking:

Vitamin A 10,000 IU
Beta-carotene 10,000 IU
Vitamin B-3 1,500 IU
Vitamin complex B-50
Vitamin C 12,000 mg
Vitamin E 800 IU
Selenium 200 mcg
Zinc 50 mg

I would like to take chromium as well at a high dose. I would like someone who has taken chromium to recommend a good high dosage?

I intend to do this for a month or two.

Is this potentially dangerous, yes?
Are liverflushes and colonics and enemas that remove what little good bacteria is left dangerous, yes.
Are antifungals that destroy what little good bacteria is left dangerous, yes.
