Blood Tests and False Positive or Cross reactive Titres Could E. Hystolitica be ascaris

I have a postive E. Hystolitica titre. I also presented Charcot Leyden Crystals in his stool before that. Could I have positive round worm infection. It would be more feasible than disentary.

If this message is in the wrong forum, please advise, I need an answer so I can begin treatment.
