Re: a monkey wrench?
I also have the same kind of elevated cholesterol that I inhereted and has been high since first measured when I was 10. Last time I checked a year ago the figure was the highest ever, I think around 8.4 in European terms, around 300 in US. Never took any medication for it because I believe those are worse that high cholesterol (my aunt took Lipitor and has some permanent muscle damage afer taking it for a very short time). I am not that concerned about my cholesterol, surely it sometimes makes me uneasy when I listen to all the medical information out there, but there is many new studies indicating that it may not affect your health after all and that high cholesterol alone is not really directly linked to the cardiovascular disease, but the inflamation process caused by viruses, bacteria, bad diet etc.
I sure was hoping that
Liver-Flush would lower my cholesterol as some people report. Sounds like it didn't for you, but how long after you flush did you check you levels?
Also, you should consider ozone, I hear it's great for cleaning up arteries of plaque. I am planning on including it in my routine (along with montlhy liver flushing, diet, etc).
