Re: How do you feel on the liver cleanse?
I was not expecting to feel nauseous, but then when I gave birth I threw up (hey, 1 vomit is worth 10 contractions.) But I digress. I tend to vomit when I resist what my body is trying to do. Most especially if I haven't attempted it before.
I 'needed' to do the cleanse, will be doing a
parasite cleanse to follow up and then another liver/gall bladder cleanse.
My symptoms were:
heart palpatations
fast pulse
nausea on standing -- which then after, I did vomit three times
I felt very dehydrated, so now I know to drink lots of water. (H2O is my beverage of choice anyway.)
I had a headache & my jaw wich is normally tight was sore. (This I attribute to my resistance, as well.)
I have two kids, DD is almost 3, DS is 7 months. For me the worst time was the early morning at 4:30 when I was vomiting. No oil came back out, grapefruit juice only.
So I can understand you wanting to pick a time when someone is around to help w/ your little one. It doesn't necessarily mean that you'll need that support, but it's nice if someone could be there. :o)
Good thinking!
