My sleep is great on 12.5 mg Iodoral, but not with an extra pill. I take it with my lunch, along with a multi-vit/min (has 200 mcg selenium), and one Wellness Resources Thyroid Helper, which contains 75 mcg selenium. I take a cal/mag supplement (200 mg mag) before going to bed. If you have a link to explain what you mean by treating with salt, that'd be great. I've read a little about it on this forum, but maybe there's a link with a thorough explanation of salt and companion minerals?
