Thanks, Pepe, I think I will try some of that. Yes, I've done probiotics, although I thought that was just to "get things going", build up the stores of good bacteria to make things work but the benefits stop when I stop them, I presume because I'm not clean. Perhaps I'll begin with those again after this cleanse.
I have not tried digestive enzymes and have not done my research on it. I read a teeny bit that makes it seem like a very good idea. That sounds like my next area of investigation.
Not to be squirmy but... isn't Kefir really gross? heh..
I did not know that Miso had probiotic properties. I don't cook with it but maybe I should look at some recipes...
