I take my cayenne in the ACV bomb to get my daily dose of it. I started with 1/4 tsp cayenne in each ACV bomb and as my health started to increase, my tolerance to cayenne started to increase as well. Slowly over the course of a few months I worked up to about 3/4 tsp in each ACV bomb. I would recommend that you be patient with your body's tolerance of cayenne, and trust your body to know what is right. The more your overall health improves, the more you may be able to handle. Don't forget that your physical fitness, and enjoyment of your life are big components of overall health. You don't have to be an olympian and never experience stress, but doing things you enjoy like long hikes or bike rides, as well as finding things you are passionate about or enjoy can be very great for your health.
