Just wanted you to know your post really did help me. It just reminded me of all the things that I was already trying to practice, but I had put them aside, got off and forgot. Your post motivated me to started listening to Dr. Fuhrman's audio again. What motivation is in those tapes. It really does help me to keep my brain washed with what is right so that I don't forget.
