Telli, the pictures are really small but the second one and the last ones look a lot like the fibers and granules that come out of me. They are crystal-like with red in them and the black ones look like a ball of twine. Try using a black light to see if they glow. I also have sinus and scalp problems. I read somewhere that parasites (pork worm I think) can cause cysts in the human body. I think it's the larvae or something. I hope someone can help you identify these things. Tweet
