Intro & day 3 of water fast this is tuff kinda

well im on day 3 of a Water Fast this is my second one around my first one was 8 days and when i started that on i was at 209lbs i ended up being 195 only gained 3lbs back during my refeeding period. i started this fast weighting 198lbs im down to 191. im doing this fast for weighloss mainly but i do want to get healthier. i gained 85 pounds when i got pregnant with my daughter i was on bed rest most of my pregnancy. i managed to lose 25 pounds but i got pregnant again soon after having my dd my kids are 11 months apart. i gained 30 pounds with my all happened within a 2 year span where i went from 140 to 225 and with Postpartum Depression i went up to 240 i had my daughter in 2007. in july of last year i decided to cut bread tortillas soda and most sugary drinks out and exercise i managed to get down to 209 but i was stalled i ate pretty healthy. ive beein doing reaserch on Water Fasting for a year and the benefits are awsome. cancer diabetes high blood preasure are very comon in my family. i did get my self checked out prior to fast and im ok but my doctor was concerned becase im morbily obese im only 5'1" and told me that if i didnt do something about my weight i could easily develop diabetes ad other major complications due to my obesity. i dont like medicine and if there is a natural remedy i rather try that. and i want to go to the navy and luckily for me i have a suppotive hubby. well thats a longintro to me lol :-)

my fast:
the only reason why this is hard is because im a SAHM and i cook and clean and feed the kiddos. and they love to feed their mommy. and i always taste the food when i cook it. well im not now and its hard to break habits. lol :-)

i do have a question i know that when breaking a fast i should do 1 day of juice for every 4 days of the wf. but i was wondering if when starting to introduce food i could start off by doing some gerber fruits and veggies and move on to actual solid fruits and veggies so i dont completely over load my digestive system?
