Re: To Telman:
Hi San2006
I find it very striking that your body weight changes so consiberably depending upon how bloated you are. Beeing bloated means that there is air in your guts. This air cannot be the cause of a difference in body weight of ten pounds. I presume that your might also be storing water in your body.
Therefore my questions:
Did you see any parellism with your monthly menstrual cycle. This could be one cause.
Does your body weight change depends upton what you eat (salty versus not salty food)
Did you get your kidneys checked by a medical professional
Did you notice any changes in your blood pressure alongside with this weight gain
My suggestions would be to use
Oxypowder before doing any
Liver-Flush for at least one week. This is a marvellous thing against bloating because all putrefaction originating by unpleasant bacteria in the guts will be eliminated - not only in the colon but also in the small intestine.
If you can afford it also try to get a professional colonic. Another preparation I would highly recommend is milk thistle. This herb shortens the transit time in the gut, protects the liver cells from toxic substances and furthermore promotes regeneration of liver cells. It is a marvellous herb and good for everybody without having ANY contraindications.
After all these preparatory steps you should feel considerably better and you are ready for a LF. Be beware: it is not a good idea doing a
Liver Flush without having decongested the colon beforehand. The backpressure of the colon will prevent the liver from releasing stones.
Good luck
