Help Attack going on right now!!

I am in severe pain although this time it seems to be more on my left side than on my right. What can I do to get rid of the pain fast. I have a 5 month old and I need to take care of him. I am trying to nurse him while I am in pain and its almost un bearable. I want to take a bath but I will have to wait until my baby falls asleep. Anyone know of a quick fix. please help me
