Adrenal fatigue, not getting better :(

An update to that: had a hair analysis test and feel a little worse than then. If someone can interpret these results for me, that'd be great!





One thing I've noticed is my faeces are a pale yellow colour and I get more diarrhea now than constipation considering I've had IBS-C for over 10 years.

I've read that pale faeces is due to the liver not producing enough bile. What can I have to help my liver produce bile?

Also, I sleep much better after sex and I know sex is stimulatory for the adrenals but I was told my adrenals are not in a bad condition by my UK nutritionist, Dr. Barry Peatfield.

My systolic blood pressure drops much less or doesn't drop at all upon standing (orthostatic hypotension) if I've had a good nights sleep, otherwise it can drop as much as from for e.g 135/80 to 112/80 and I feel it because I get dizzy when standing.

I'm wondering whether magnesium deficiency is one of the major reasons why I have insomnia and muscle tension?

It was a lack of sleep in the first place that caused all of my health issues. I've ordered some Natural Calm Magnesium Powder anyway and will see what effect it has if any.

Another thing, is a sluggish liver connected to the appearance of cherry angiomas on the body? If not, what is? I started getting angiomas and white hair with the onset of my sleep/adrenal problems.
