Re: Adrenal fatigue, not getting better :(

Thanks for the detailed reponse HV. I also get very nasty headaches, especially if I am stressed or lack sufficient sleep. I guess this is also due to constriction of blood vessels in the head? Pain killers don't really work. Only a thorough head massage by my other half relieves the pain by about 70%.

I disagree that sex is stimulatory for the adrenals. First of all sex can be a relaxing stress reliever. Secondly, after a man ejaculates there is a surge of prolactin released, which is why men tend to get tired and sleep afterward.

But aren't huge amounts of adrenaline also released after sex? Wouldn't that be hugely stimulatory for the adrenals? I've read of cases where p 0 r n addicts have gotten adrenal fatigue due to excess self-gratification.

I've noticed (since getting AF) if I have sex like 2 times in a day after 3 days of inaction then I feel worse the next day but if I only have sex once every 3 days then I feel ok the next day, usually much better than usual due to the deeper and more refreshing sleep.

Also, I remember sometime ago asking you a question about reversing white hair if it is caused by a tyrosine deficiency. Since L-Tyrosine is an amino acid, does its usage need to be cycled i.e taken for 3 months max or can it be taken for longer periods of time? I know you told me it can take time for pigmented hairs to grow back but how long does it usually take to see results?

What dosage of L-Tyrosine should I take?

I also got some stretch marks on my arms due to AF catabolism in the early stages. Do you have any good remedies for that? I heard MSM powder is good for getting rid of stretchmarks.

Thanks!
