I think your dr doesn't know chronic candidasis very well.
You can't cure it with 100 mg a day. They give this type of low dose to new born babies at the hospital. You will only make things worse. 200 mg a day is a minimum for intestinal candidiasis.

Chances of liver damage are low. Get liver enzymes tested every 4-6 weeks. A lot of people are on high dose fluconazole for life (400 mg and higher) and have no side effects at all.
