I can't decide what to do. I've always done the Liver-Flush with the Cream+Berries but I haven't been able to find Organic Cream this week. I don't want to use regular, shitty, hormone, junk infested cream. I don't want to use icecream instead either.
If I just need to eat something "high fat" can I use coconut oil? Or should I just skip it this time..? Don't most of you not even bother with the cream anyway?
