Please tell me which type of doctor I should see for my problems

Hi for almost half a year I've been sick with digestive issues. Recently, a GI specialist did scopes but didn't see anything wrong upon observation. I was wondering if anyone could help me figure this out. I've listed my symptoms from what I feel is most significant to least:

1) Flare ups: I can get attacks of nausea, lack of appetite, fatigue, brain fog, feeling really sick and look pale that lasts for days. It seems to be triggered by eating the wrong food.

2) Weight loss: I have lost over 20 lbs in just a few months. Even when I eat more food, I have not been able to gain my weight back. I'm scared I will keep losing.

3) Abnormal Stools: My stools never look normal...they usually have a very rough texture...it's sometimes pale or it's dark green or even constipated.

4) Miscellaneous: I sometimes get a mild dull discomfort below my sternum. I rarely can also feel a tight throat feeling and tight chest. A couple times my skin was very slightly yellowish. My hands can get cold. Some hair loss and dandruff. Anxiety.

For what it's worth, my problems all seemed to get worse after eating raw garlic for a week. I developed severe dry heaving and nausea that lasted several days. All my tests have come back normal so far. I was a young, healthy adult when all of this began with no high risk behaviors.

Does anyone have any ideas of what my underlying problem is? Also, I have realized that most general practitioners cannot figure it out. What type(s) of doctor/specialists would be good at helping me figure the problem?

Thanks for your help
