Honestly, I've seen more people here get themselves into trouble with a "mini-flush" versus the regular full-on liver cleanse. I think for the first time you should follow one of the more popular recipes and see how it goes. The Epsom (or some kind of Mag.) is the key to relaxing your bile ducts so things don't get stuck and you need some kind of flushing action that cleans out your bowels and purges the common bile duct.
