Re: Too Much, Too Fast...?

Epsom Salts dilate the bile ducts so as to guarantee safe passage of stones and waste. There should be no pain unless a stone larger than the dilated duct becomes lodged.

Four tablespoons of Epsom Salts are mixed with three cups pure water. One ¾ cup is one dose, and one dose should be taken first at 6pm, then 8pm -- then the olive oil potion at 10pm with absolutely no Epsom Salts after the oil, until the next day that is. After waking a third dose should be taken (it matters not if you wake at 6, 7 or 8am) and then two hours later the fourth and final dose must be taken.

It is recommended that Epsom Salts and water be chilled, but I prefer the taste when it is at room temperature (plus, cool beverages chill the liver). Epsom Salts tastes like the most horrendous filth imaginable, but it is entirely necessary. Some here mix the salts with apple juice, although I tried this and it tasted even worse to my palate! It is a waste of apple juice, in my opinion…

The malic acid in apples and apple juice clears out stagnant bile, and thus it should make for a more pleasant flush.

I know this is easy to say, but do try not to dwell on the negatives as even negative suppositions have a habit of manifesting in the worst possible way. I have had many problems with liver flushing, but it is still more than worth it…
