i know this is easy to say, but do try not to dwell on the negatives as even negative suppositions have a habit of manifesting in the worst possible way. I have had many problems with liver flushing, but it is still more than worth it…

i know i am a worry wart and all, but i am just curious..
also,what do you mean by 'horrendous filth'? would it help to tightly pinch my nose as i drink it? soo tightly it squeezes white heads out, my face turns red and my nose swells?

i am more worried about the oil STAYING DOWN or any type of complications more then anything else.
