so im taking it easy yesterday i decided to run on my treadmill and i was feeling great.... then i went into the kitchen to cook and i fainted so hubby made me drink a shake for energy im continuing my fast but now i feel like im on day 1 again when it shouldve been day 3 :-( and my mothly friend came to visit so weightloss will be slow for the next couple of days just fantastic.... so does anyone hear know if after the fasting once you begin to introduce juice into your system if you can introduce gerber and then veggies ect? im kinda bummed i feel like i broke my fast ughhh gotta get back on the horse right :-)
