That helps me a great deal. I have been on a quest for about 10 years now looking for an answer. Went to Chinese Medicine School, did just about every type of cleanse out there with the exception of a liver flush.

Typical isn't it? The answer is usually in the last place you look.

Oh well. Better to figure it out at 33 vs. 43 or 53.
