Yes, I read this page as well, thanks for the reminder. However, I have read on other pages that Mg Oxide is the least absorbed by your body, something close to 4% which is why people take a large amount of Mg Oxide to get the same benefits. The people on the Mg forum on here are more experienced. I think it all evens out.
Also, I heard Mg Oxide may change the pH of your stomach to more alkaline. For some people with an over acidic stomach, this may be good. For others that are too alkaline to begin with, it may make digestion worse. I think it is really individual. I am switching between the two right now to finish off my Mg Oxide.
At least I feel my digestive track coming back to life. I feel when I am hungry now (hasn't happnened in years) and no more constipation!! Today I came back to my apartment and instead of it smelling like a stable (and a locker room combined!!), it smelled like the lotion I used the night before. Hope this is a good sign. The guy who posted today had success with adding Mg to his regimen too. I'm praying this works! Good luck Jax & everyone.
