Yeah, you could be right, that could be the reason. It's odd though.
Thanks for the suggestion about the chicken liver, I'm going to look for some. I used to eat beef liver occasionally last year, but started reacting to it.
As far as small meals, I try to eat only enough to raise the blood Sugar sufficiently and hold me out without overstraining my body from too much food. So I usually am eating 1 1/2 - 2 chicken thighs every two hours all day from like 10 AM in the morning to 12 AM at night and sometimes as late as 1:30 AM.
