I've gotten blood drawn several times recently and I didn't notice anything like that happening. I had blood drawn while fasting about a month ago and it didn't make my blood Sugar any worse either. They took like 5 vials. I did feel kinda weak and thirsty afterwards.

Just bring some food with you, but I'm positive you'll be fine.
