I believe that either Purest Colloids Mesosilver or Utopia Silver's Advanced Colloidal Silver are far and away the two best pure colloidal silver products to be found - and I have found no other products that come close. I personally opt for the Advanced Colloidal Silver because the owner of the company is a lifelong friend, I have seen their truly unique manufacturing process, and the company is a CureZone sponsor as well.
As far as PPM, you really need nothing over 20PPM. The less PPM or the less quality of the product, the more you should take.
