One thing you can do to keep you liver healthy is to take 2 tbsp of olive oil in the morning followed by a glass of filtered or mineral water with 1/2 a lemon squeezed into it. I have read that is great for the liver. You can also buy some red beet root powder or wheatgrass powder from theherbgoddess.com and drink that daily. Those are great for detoxing. What other detoxes have you done? Or is it only the liver flush?
