I too work in an office job, and I constantly need to be on top of things, however this is just my advise, i would start the diet on a weekended when you are not a work, because the first day can be a doozie, you will be running to the bathroom quite alot, but by the second and third day you can time your bathroom visits and know what time of the day when to drink it. This is just from my experience. I am on day 6 of my diet, and first fast EVER, and am enjoying it, it gets hard when there is food in the office or the company buys lunch and your stuck at your desk resisting, but you can do!
