I saw somewhere this guy said you'd have to eat 28 red apples to get the same value as 1 red apple from 1914 or something.
As far as superfoods go, the name "superfood" is misleading. They may, indeed, contain many, if not most, nutrients we need, but many times the variety of nutrients are in trace amounts and the reason why it is "super" is because they are high in ONE or TWO nutrients a lot of the times.
Supplementation and "rock minerals", whether supposedly poisonous or not, are the best we have right now, imo.
