I'm absolutely loving my chia seeds! I always take a big salad to work with me, but usually end up hungry 2 hours later. I have started taking a quart bottle mixture of water, lemon juice, stevia, and 4-6 Tablespoons of chia seeds with me to work...I sip on it all day long. No more hunger pangs after my salad now and I can make it through work without being tempted to snack on other things or get a cup of coffee to supress my appetite. AMAZING!!
