Post 3rd Liver Flush and IBS like Symptoms?

I did my 3rd Liver Flush last Saturday and it's now a week later. I've been having alternating bouts of diarrhea and constipation since. Before the flush my bowels were pretty healthy, high fiber diet and 2-3 BM's a day. Why is this happening and what can I do about it? Tweet
