Just a reminder... you do need fats to stimulate your gallbladder. You just need to make sure you get the GOOD fats. Omega3 fatty acids in the form of flax seed oil, or fish oil, is a good choice.
Without fats to stimulate your gallbladder, it won't be putting the bile out there that you need for healthy digestion.
