I was at a seminar where they taught us how to close the ileocecal valve. Put the right palm of your right hand on right hip, fingers facing toward abdomen, rest fingers down on abdomen, simultaneously lift heal of hand keeping fingers in place. This is usually the location of the valve. Press in and around and around. Hope this helps:)
