Chlorella sounds interesting. Are you talking about tonifying the muscles?? I have lost about 40 lbs during this whole ordeal, but don't panick, I am also overweight, so there is plenty of room to lose it. I figure once I get over all of this, I will probably start The Master Cleanse to flush the fat. I eat a lot of fruits and veggies, so I know I am not getting enough protein.
For the jaundice, I have been drinking lots of water with key lime, eating tomatoes, and taking hot baths using Flows (it is supposed to draw bad stuff out of the body). I also bought some organic beets yesterday, my Mema told me a long time ago that beets cleaned the blood. I would eat dandelion, but there isn't any out here!
