I read your post on been a virgin and feeling hopeless, well guess wot, where both in the same boat. I am also a 24 year old virgin and stuggling with women, and thar i have no experience.

first of all you must stay postive, someone will come around, and do not stress about it, because i have and it caused me depression. I recommad that you start by feeling secure yourself, a man that is secure is very sexi to girls, u do this by being happy with ur self, I know it is not easy, but we both have to deal with inscuries its when these become a problem and unbearable. start going out with friends, like clubbing, friends parties, social gatherings, gym, shopping, any place where there is women. start by doing some approachs, by just asking the time or a hello and a smile, and walk off, do this a few times until you are confident to start a talk, like small talk.

don't let this stat bother u, by being postive, secure, fun, and some humour, girls will go gagaga over u. stay neat in appearance and be cool and don't be needy. just relax and you will be surprised
