Stop making such a Science project out of it. It's not a science, it's an art.

I would recommend you don't boil the water, there is absolutely no need to do that. You've already been told it may potentially increase the particle size.

TDS measures the dissolved silver, not the particle silver. Just double the TDS reading and you will be near enough, or get an EC meter which does the conversion near enough anyway {Electrical Conductivity].

The reading on the TDS meter will continue to go down for a period of time until that solution reaches a point of stability, ie, ions stop colliding with each other forming ion clusters {commonly referred to as 'particles'}.

Relax, chill out, just ensure that gravity doesn't pull any silver out of solution over time in storage and you have an A grade top quality product.
