raw garlic enema?
Hi, happy boy that I stumbled on this board roundabouts from a Google query about using raw garlic as an enhancer in one of my regular enemas.
I usually enema once a month, typically 3 rounds at 2 buckets full (3 qt. or 2.8L). Typically using
Sea Salt , Epson, bake soda, yogurt, I find myself always pushing the envelope as far as strength in these enemas, for instance if gerson receipe calls for boiling 3 tbs coffee, i will use 5 or 6! I do this with all ingredients in all enema recipes I find. My last
coffee enema kept me up all night with a first class caffeine buzz!!...lol it wasn’t that bad, the caffeine it sure was noticeable though....
so last enema I used raw garlic juice from fresh 1/2 'HEAD' supermarket garlic from California that I passed thru my single auger juicer, producing about a table spoon strong smelling garlic juice whack I added to my first enema bucket of the cleanse session. When the bucket emptied I refilled with warm h2o and topped myself off at my 3
quart level.
The garlic solution was quickly noticed as a warm sensation in the lower belly. For sure I knew this was going up my ass, quite a few times I had to reach for my "kill switch" to stop the mixture while I got hold of my senses worked thru the nightly elevated mild cramp and relaxed. Contusing on to empty the bucket, knowing that a great rewired waited at the end. The raw garlic c certainly gave me a feeling like nothing else I have tried.....
To describe to a veteran enema warrior, it is strong, it makes you feel full even though you only have a few
ounces in you. It is also very fast, so please don’t go wandering far from the commode.....raw garlic is very fast!

I have read many recipes of chop the garlic; add to 2 cups boiling water, cover seeping for 125-20n minutes, strain and cool to use. I find the raw garlic juice, that BTW can be extracted with a simple hand garlic press or I use a single auger juicer, perhaps some of you all would try other extraction methods of other kinds of juicer machines, mills or recesses
I would love to hear any feedback or if anyone else has used raw garlic enema or advice on future "extreme enemas" I would consider trying........
