Re: HV, about removing cherry angiomas

I have a slightly tanned complexion so I don't know how I'd do in terms of scarring etc but I've never scarred from cuts before, even nasty ones.

I use B vitamins all the time and used to use artichoke leaf powder for liver support. I should buy some more since I need it again.

Is there anything better than artichoke powder (milk thistle seed powder?) and do you recommend any serving sizes, how many times a week and how long it should be kept in the mouth and whether it should be spat out or not or either?

I used to just suck on the artichoke powder for 10-15 seconds before downing it with water once a day every morning on an empty stomach but I recently read it is estrogenic.

Also, is there anything else I can do for the liver or are the bitters enough?

Thanks.

PS: Is it true that high copper levels are linked with estrogen dominance? If so, should I stop taking 2mg copper with the 50mg zinc picolinate?

Also, are there any natural ways to remove a sebaceous cyst from the scalp near the crown? It usually gets bigger in the winter months or with stress and gets smaller on hot days but I've had it for a few years now and when it gets bigger, it looks like I have a small bald patch, especially when I have longer hair.
