What about this slow release of ALA

I found this product from Jarrow Formulas
Jarrow Formulas, Alpha Lipoic Sustain 300, with Biotin, 300 mg, 120 Bilayer Tablets

They say:
The advanced bilayer technology combines 1/3 quick release and 2/3 sustained release formats to both immediately raise and to maintain blood levels over a longer period of time.

The tablet is 300mg, and Jarrow is a great company so when they say something I totally believe them.
What if I use 1 tablet every 6 hours or maybe 8 to HELP chelate mercury?
Andy Culter's protocol says every 3 hours is best, and I remember reading he said he doesn't mind sustained release if the company can really do it. Tweet
